Hello guys! Apa kabar nih semuanyaa?
Cuacanya akhir-akhir ini lagi cukup ekstrim yaa, kadang hujan deras tapi kadang juga panas terik. Di tengah cuaca yang lagi lumayan ekstrim ini, penting banget buat menjaga kesehatan nih guys. Jangan lupa buat selalu makan makanan yang bergizi, terus jaga pola tidur dan rajin olahraga ya buat menjaga kesehatan kita.
Tapi, meskipun udah menjaga pola hidup, aku sendiri kadang juga suka ngerasa gak enak badan, kadang sakit kepala, lemas, kadang juga tenggorokan suka terasa panas dan kurang nyaman. Kalau sudah ada tanda-tanda panas dalam, aku langsung cari produk yang satu ini, yaitu Adem Sari! Produk ini udah legend banget dari aku kecil, dan sebagai penyelamat dan solusi panas dalam.

Produk Adem Sari sekarang banyak banget nih guys jenisnya. Ada Adem Sari yang sachet yang bentuknya bubuk, ada yang kaleng dan ada juga yang botol. Tinggal pilih sesuai yang kalian suka nih! Kalau menurutku, yang kaleng dan botol praktis banget buat diminum kalau lagi diluar rumah dan ngerasa nggak enak tenggorokannya. Untuk yang sachet, satu kotak isinya ada 5 sachet, jadi lebih ekonomis yaa dibandingkan yang kaleng dan botol.
Komposisi Adem Sari
Untuk produk Adem Sari sachet, komposisinya ada ekstrak Citrus Aurantifolia, ekstrak Alyxia stellata Ret. cortex, ekstrak Cinnamommum burmanni BI cortex, asam askorbat, aspartam, sukrosa, dan bahan-bahan lainnya.
Untuk produk Adem Sari kaleng, komposisinya ada air, gula, fruktosa, madu, konsentrat lemon, konsentrat jus apel, perisa alami jeruk nipis, asam sitrat, asam malat, vitamin c, ekstrak rumput gandum, ekstrak cincau, dan ekstrak krisantemum.
So far kalau dari komposisinya, masih aman banget untuk dikonsumsi karena banyak bahan natural yang baik buat tubuh kita.
Khasiat Adem Sari
Pastinya, manfaat Adem Sari udah terkenal banget yaa. Yang utamanya adalah untuk membantu meredakan gejala panas dalam. Kadang aku cuma inget kalau panas dalam itu tenggorokan kering, tapi ternyata sariawan dan bibir pecah-pecah juga termasuk gejala panas dalam looh. Jadi selain diobatin dari luar seperti dengan pakai lip balm atau salep, kalian juga harus obatin dari dalam dengan minum Adem Sari.
Selain itu, Adem Sari juga enak diminum untuk menyegarkan dan bikin adem badan. Seperti kalo lagi kepanasan di siang bolong tuh, kan butuh banget yang segar-segar hehehe. Atau juga kalau habis makan banyak makanan yang berminyak, tenggorokannya butuh yang mengademkan biar nggak seret atau panas. Adem Sari to the rescue!
Cara minum
Dulu pas kecil aku seneng banget pas minum Adem Sari, karena ada experience pas bikinnya. Aku inget banget, kalo bikin Adem Sari harus diaduk 17x hehe, bikin pengalaman minum Adem Sari jadi memorable karena sambil ngitung jumlah adukannya, busanya mulai mengembang gitu, seru lihatnya. Nah tapi sekarang, Adem Sari yang bubuk nggak perlu diaduk lagi loh! Cara bikinnya makin simpel nih, tinggal tuang Adem Sari bubuk ke gelas, tuang es batu, terus tambahkan air dingin. Siap diminum deh 🙂 Kalau kalian nggak mau pakai es batu juga gak papa kook.
Untuk yang kaleng dan botol, Adem Sarinya siap untuk diminum yaa. Kalau bisa minumnya dalam kondisi dingin supaya lebih segar dan adem. Habis minum Adem Sari, Cepat Ademnya deeh pasti. Untuk variannya sendiri, Adem Sari kaleng punya 3 pilihan, yaitu Herbal Tea, Herbal Lemon, dan Herbal Lemon Sparkling. Semuanya enak sih, tapi aku paling suka yang Herbal Tea, hehe.
