Akhirnya ya sekarang situasi pandemi udah mulai mereda. Aturan-aturan sudah dilonggarkan dan sekarang traveling jadi lebih mudah! Ditambah lagi, harga tiket yang sudah mulai menyesuaikan dan banyak promonya hihi. Di akhir tahun ini pun aku udah dua kali traveling, dan aku seneng banget! Akhirnya perlahan-lahan kita bisa kembali ke situasi sebelum negara api menyerang hehehe.
Nah kalau lagi traveling, gak enak banget kalau tiba-tiba badan kita berasa kurang oke karena kan biasanya seharian bakal jalan kesana kemari. Bakalan sering foto-foto juga buat memori jadi perlu kondisi fisik yang 100% fit. Untuk itu, aku bakalan kasih beberapa tips buat menjaga kesehatan selama traveling ya!
1.Bijak dalam membuat itinerary
Karena umur juga udah mulai menua yaa, pastinya stamina udah nggak seperti masa muda dulu hehe. Salah satu hal yang aku terapin di trip terakhir aku adalah menyisihkan waktu istirahat yang cukup. Caranya gimana? Caranya dengan bikin itinerary yang nggak terlalu ambisius. Dalam sehari, tempat wisata yang mau dikunjungi harus benar-benar direncanakan dengan baik sesuai kapasitas badan kita.
Waktu ke Bangkok aku pernah ambisius banget bikin jadwal ke empat tempat dalam satu hari, yang ternyata lokasinya lumayan berjauhan satu sama lain. Dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya juga pakai kendaraan umum, jadinya memang capek banget dan energi buat besok harinya nggak maksimal lagi. Nah pengalamanku yang itu jadi pelajaran buatku dan di trip selanjutnya aku berusaha untuk nggak ambisius lagi dalam bikin itinerary. Selain itu jadinya pengalaman di satu tempat bisa lebih maksimal juga dan nggak dikejar waktu.
2. Utamakan kenyamanan supaya istirahat lebih berkualitas
Kenyamanan tempat menginap juga harus diperhatikan yaa guys, karena kalau istirahat kita berkualitas maka energi buat beraktifitas besoknya akan lebih maksimal juga. Di trip yang terakhir, aku ambil bus malam dan sampai ke kota selanjutnya sekitar jam 4 pagi. Tadinya aku sempat mikir mau nunggu pagi di restoran 24 jam atau di terminal, tapi setelah dipikir-pikir lagi, akhirnya aku ambil hotel murah untuk tidur sampai pagi harinya supaya ngejaga badan agar nggak kecapean. Tidur itu penting guys, hehe.
Emang sih, kalau lagi traveling tuh pengennya hemat, apalagi kalau yang backpacking yaa. Tapi jangan sampe mengorbankan kenyamanan dan keamanan kitaa yaa guys. Menurutku pasti ada hotel atau penginapan murah yang nyaman, asal jeli pas mencari dan membaca review orang-orang di internet.
3. Selalu bawa obat-obatan pribadi yaaa
Nah kalian perlu banget juga nih buat bawa obat-obatan yang kira-kira bakal diperlukan, seperti obat sakit kepala, obat maag, koyo, atau minyak angin. Karena saat di tempat tujuan belum tentu ada apotek atau minimarket yang terjangkau, jadi better be prepared yaa guys.
Selain obat-obatan, menurutku kalian juga perlu bawah Adem Sari nih! Just in case kalian terkena gejala panas dalam, seperti tenggorokan kering, sariawan, dan bibir pecah-pecah.
